The Afghan eQuality Alliance project builds the future of Afghanistan through the strengthening of public and private universities, with a particular emphasis on links with government institutions such as the Civil Service Training Institute, businesses, and other stakeholders.  The project joins university experts from the region, Europe, and the U.S. with Afghan university leaders to build core competencies in digital libraries, teaching and learning software platforms, English language, student preparation, facilities management, and higher education leadership and management.
