Amin Fatamie, Minister of Finance Anwar-ul Haq Ahady, and USAID Director Dr. Michael Yates signed an agreement to give an estimated $218 million in new assistance directly to the Afghan Ministry of Public Health of the Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.
