Collectively we leverage professional expertise from 190 offices around the world and have active infrastructure projects in 90+ countries with roughly 60% of our staff and revenues based overseas. In the Transport Sector, The Louis Berger Group business reflects a global presence and 45 years of overseas experience. In the Energy Sector, Black & Veatch has similar experience and active internationally since 1963. Each firm also brings valuable experience on the collaborative institutional strengthening programs undertaken by USAID, TDA, World Bank, ADB, and others over the past 60 years. The programs we have managed include some of the largest ever undertaken by USAID, and they have produced streamlined approaches tailored to USAID policies and expectations. The LBG/B&V Joint Venture was established to give USAID direct access to this world class expertise specifically for IRP.
