Through the Afghan Civil Service Support (ACSS) project, USAID supports civil service reform and training. The project raises the skill level of Afghan civil servants; modernizes, institutionalizes, and harmonizes administrative systems across the ministries; and supports a system for civil service training within the Afghan government.
