This project provides technical and material support to Kabul Municipality. The three-year project works in close partnership with Kabul’s mayor and municipal staff. USAID aims to enhance the capacities of Kabul Municipality’s administration and management functions, increase own-source revenue, provide effective and responsive service delivery through municipal departments and offices, improve critical infrastructure, and enhance the long-term sustainability and financial viability of Kabul Municipality.
