Construction of Health and Education Facilities (CHEF)

The CHEF project is designing and constructing four new Provincial Teacher Training Colleges (PTTCs) to accommodate the projected 63,000 new teachers that need to be trained to meet MoE demand in the coming years.  Completed PTTCs will include a classroom/administration building, men’s and women’s dormitories, a dining hall, and boundary walls.  Current plans are to build PTTCs in Wardak, provinces and dormitories for a PTTC in Nangarhar province.
