The project provides support for the last stage of reclamation of a former industrial area in the Baghe Qazi District in the old city of Kabul and its conversion into a park. The technical assistance provided under the synthesis and analysis report aims to develop a better understanding of the urban dynamic in Kabul, and thereby contribute to the formulation of model policies that respond to current realities, and lead to the reform of process of planning and urban management across Afghanistan.
