This project will provide basic training in English language (as second language) and computer skills to the Afghanistan Geology Survey (AGS) employees. The main goal of this project is to improve the quality of Afghan job performance at the AGS and to enhance the effectiveness of subsequent technical training programs that will be offered to AGS by the U.S. Geological Survey.
