Increased Marketing of Health Products

New agreement increases access to health products for underserved communities.

In early January, the project signed a national distribution agreement for pharmaceutical and contraceptive products with Afghanpharma Distribution Group, who has agreed to promote a line of quality, affordable socially marketed health products as a sign of support to the goals of the Ministry of Public Health. This additional distribution partner will increase the impact of the project’s ability to reach more of the underserved and rural communities and thereby increase access to important health products.
