USAID follows a dynamic Afghan electrician in the field as he climbs ladders and shimmies poles to bring power to an impoverished neighborhood. Electrician Abdul Qadir makes new connections and installs meters as parents praise his work, children study by night, and shop owners flog goods on safe streets.
