دره پنجشیر – بتاریخ 28 نومبر سال روان، محترم حاجی بهلول والی ولایت پنجشیر با جمعی از روسأ آن ولایت اولین محکمه قضایی تاریخی پنجشیر را افتتاح نمودند. این محاکمه قضایی توسط یکتن از مشهورترین مهندس امریکایی افغانی والاصل، آقای رفیع سمیع زی طرح و دیزاین گردیده بود
